基于用户实验的政务应用程序(政务APP)用户体验维度识别 与优化策略研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】精准把握政务APP用户体验维度并予以优化,是提升公众满意度、推动政务服务数字化转型 的关键所在。【方法/过程】以“穗好办”APP为例,通过录屏实验发现用户 APP使用中的异常情况,通过问卷调查识 别用户体验维度,结合深度访谈总结现存问题及成因,最终提出优化路径。【结果/结论】过程体验、性能体验、效能 体验、信赖体验和界面体验共同构建起全面的政务 APP用户体验框架。【创新/局限】研究引入用户体验理论,通过 多方法协同构建研究框架,深入挖掘用户体验维度,为政务APP优化提供全新视角与理论支撑。实践方面,研究针 对现存问题提出优化策略,有助于推动政务APP向精准化、个性化、高效化发展,最终实现电子政务的社会效益最 大化。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Clarifying the dimensions of user experience of government APPs is crucial for improving public sat‑ isfaction and promoting the digital transformation of government services.【Method/process】Taking the "Suihaoban" APP as an ex‑ ample, this study discovered anomalies during APP usage through screen recording experiments. The user experience dimensions were identified based on the questionnaire survey. The existing issues and causes were analyzed through in-depth interviews, before the op‑ timization strategies were finally proposed.【Result/conclusion】Process experience, performance experience, efficiency experience, trust experience, and interface experience constitute a comprehensive government APP user experience framework.【Innovation/limita‑ tion】The study has introduced user experience theory and constructed a comprehensive government APP user experience framework through multiple methods, exploring the dimensions of user experience and providing a new perspective and theoretical foundation for government APP optimization. Practically, several optimization strategies are proposed to help promote the precise, personalized, and efficient development of government APPs to maximize the social benefits of e-government.
