面向突发公共卫生事件的跨学科科研合作网络特征及其启示

摘要: 【目的/意义】跨学科科研合作是促进突发公共卫生事件科研攻关的重要方式,对合作网络现状与特征进行 挖掘,有助于明晰不同学科的角色与合作模式,发现目前合作网络的不足,为未来面向突发公共卫生事件的跨学科 科研合作网络优化提供参考。【方法/过程】以新冠疫情为例,从Web of Science数据库采集相关文献数据,对论文合 作者所属学科进行标注,构建跨学科合作关联矩阵,以学科为节点,通过社会网络分析方法构建整体学科关系网 络,并进行密度分析、中心性分析、凝聚子群分析、核心—边缘分析。【结果/结论】调查样本中跨学科科研合作网络 涉及59个学科,整体网络具有一定凝聚力,但不同学科之间的联系紧密程度两极分化,现代医学三大学科(临床医 学、预防医学与公共卫生学、基础医学)与生物学之间的合作是合作网络中的主流;社会学等综合性交叉学科在合 作网络中起重要的桥梁作用,促进了不同学科的联结与知识交流;合作网络存在8个小团体学科群,学科群内部及 学科群之间的联系紧密程度分布不均匀。【创新/局限】从社会网络分析视角明晰了面向突发公共卫生事件的跨学 科科研合作网络结构及其特征,未来仍需深入分析不同学科合作模式中的研究主题。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Interdisciplinary research collaboration is an important way to promote research breakthroughs in public health emergencies. Exploring the current situation and characteristics of the collaboration network can help clarify the roles and collaboration modes of different disciplines, identify the shortcomings of the current collaborative network, and provide references for optimizing interdisciplinary research collaboration networks for future public health emergencies. 【Method/process】 Taking COVID-19 as example, this study collected relevant literature data from Web of Science database, annotated the disciplines to which the collaborators belong, constructed interdisciplinary collaboration association matrix, built an overall disciplinary relationship net‑ work with disciplines as nodes, and conducted density analysis, centrality analysis, cohesive subgroup analysis, core-edge analysis. 【Result/conclusion】The interdisciplinary research collaboration involves 59 disciplines, and the overall network has a certain degree of cohesion, but the degree of connection between different disciplines is polarized; the collaboration between three major disciplines of modern medicine (clinical medicine, preventive medicine and public health, and basic medicine) and biology is the mainstream in the collaborative network; comprehensive interdisciplines such as sociology play important bridging role in collaborative networks, pro‑ moting the connection and knowledge communication between different disciplines; there are 8 small groups of disciplines in the col‑ laborative network, and the distribution of close connections within and between disciplines is uneven.【Innovation/limitation】This ar‑ ticle clarifies the structure and characteristics of interdisciplinary research collaboration networks of public health emergencies from the perspective of SNA. In the future, it is still necessary to conduct in-depth analysis of research topics in different disciplinary col‑ laboration modes.
