新颖性论文的多维计量特征 ——以人机交互领域为例

摘要: 【目的/意义】基于论文内容语义相似度算法测度论文新颖性,揭示新颖性论文的多维计量特征。【方法/过程】测度论文新颖性,依据论文新颖性标准化分数划分高、中、低新颖性区间,对比与分析高新颖性论文在文本内容及关联内容方面的特征。【结果/结论】文本内容特征层面,高新颖性论文使用短标题、短摘要与少量关键词以及标题中含有问号的比例高于中、低新颖性论文;2002至2022年,人机交互领域所有论文的主题多样性都呈逐渐增强趋势,高新颖性论文中新颖性排名位于前50的论文主题丰富度最强。关联内容特征层面,高新颖性论文中著者独著论文比例高于中、低新颖性论文,且作者、机构与国家独著论文新颖性均高于其对应的合著论文新颖性;高新颖性论文引用10年及更早之前发表的论文作为参考文献的比例高于低新颖性论文。【创新/局限】将论文划分至不同新颖区间,系统揭示新颖性论文在文本及关联内容方面呈现的多维度计量特征。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Measuring paper novelty based on the semantic similarity algorithm of paper content, revealing the multidimensional measurement features presented by novelty papers.【Method/process】Measuring the novelty of papers, classifying the papers into high, medium and low novelty intervals based on the standardized novelty scores of the papers, comparing and analyz⁃ ing the characteristics of high novelty papers regarding text and related content.【Result/conclusion】In terms of textual content, the proportion of papers with short titles, short abstracts, and a small number of keywords, as well as those with question marks in the title, is higher in the high novelty interval than in the medium and low novelty intervals; The topic diversity of all papers in the field of Human-Computer Interaction shows a gradually increasing trend from 2002 to 2022, and papers ranked in the top 50 exhibits the strongest topic variety within the high novelty papers. In terms of associated content characteristics, the proportion of papers authored solely by a single individual is higher in the high novelty interval than in the medium and low novelty intervals. Additionally, within the high novelty interval, papers authored independently by a single author, institution, or country tended to have higher novelty scores than co-authored papers; The proportion of references cited by high novelty papers that published 10 years or earlier is higher than that by low novelty papers.【Innovation/limitation】Classifying papers into different novelty levels, systematically revealing the multidi⁃ mensional measurement characteristics of novelty papers in terms of textual and related content.
