Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Combined with the increasingly serious social background of population aging, this paper explores the continuous use of online health information by the elderly in China, enriching the current theoretical research results of health in⁃ formation behavior for the elderly, playing a certain guiding role for health information providers, effectively narrowing the digital di⁃ vide, and helping the construction of smart elderly care services【. Method/process】Based on the technology acceptance theory, informa⁃ tion system success theory and information system continuous use model, extracted the influencing factors of the elderly's continuous use behavior of online health information. QCA method adopted to identify the combination path of factors affecting the elderly's con⁃ tinuous use behavior of online health information, and revealed the direct causes of the elderly's continuous use behavior of online health information.【Result/conclusion】Two kinds of ways to promote the continuous use of online health information for the elderly were summarized, namely, the system and operation satisfaction type (system quality-perceived ease-satisfaction type) and the content service satisfaction type (information quality-service quality-satisfaction type).【Innovation/limitation】The sample size and sample types selected are still small, and the proportion of survey samples is mainly concentrated in provincial capital areas, which has not covered the elderly in the whole society. Future research will pay more attention to improving the comprehensiveness of sample selec⁃ tion, further expanding the sample scope, ensuring the broad source of elderly people participating in the research.
