Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】The academic evaluation method of indicator system is widely used, and the construction of its qual⁃ ity control system is of great significance.【Method/process】This article establishes an analytical framework for quality control of multi-attribute academic evaluation based on meta evaluation theory. Based on this, the mechanism of evaluation quality issues is ana⁃ lyzed from the perspectives of evaluation theory, evaluation methods and techniques, macro environment and regulation, stakeholders, and evaluation process. A framework for quality control of multi-attribute academic evaluation is established, and corresponding strat⁃ egies to ensure the quality of academic evaluation are proposed.【Result/conclusion】Evaluation quality can be controlled from many aspects; the external influencing factors of the quality of multi-attribute academic evaluation are very complex; meta-evaluation theory and basic research are two important factors to ensure the quality of evaluation; the government and evaluation institutions are the qual⁃ ity assurance units for multi-attribute academic evaluation.【Innovation/limitation】The innovation of this article mainly lies in the topic proposal of a new field. Due to the numerous evaluation methods in the indicator system, the issue of quality control for personal⁃ ized evaluation methods needs to be gradually studied.
