开放式创新社区交互信息论证模型构建与标注应用研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】构建论证模型表征开放式创新社区交互信息论证过程,为开放式创新社区交互信息的深度开 发利用提供理论参考。【方法/过程】基于经典论证模型结合开放式创新社区交互信息特征构建包含论证元素、论证 关系以及论证构型的三层次论证模型,基于论证模型设计标注方案捕获开放式创新社区交互信息的语义角色;对 小米社区160个交互信息单元11133条评论信息进行语义标注应用,挖掘交互信息在论证元素、论证关系和论证构 型三个层次的论证特征。【结果/结论】标注结果表明,交互信息论证模型包含事实、证词、价值、政策、参考、修辞陈 述6种论证元素,不同论证元素在数量和位置上呈现不同特征;支持与反对2种论证关系下论证元素的分布和模式 呈现不同特征,不同论证元素组合搭配形成多种论证构型,且不同对话目标交互信息中论证元素、论证关系以及论 证构型特征存在差异。【创新/局限】揭示了开放式创新社区交互信息的论证结构和特征。然而,本研究只考虑了小 米社区,后续研究可以进一步比较不同开放式创新社区是否存在区别。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】An argumentation model is constructed to characterize the argumentation process of open innovation community interaction information, which provides a theoretical reference for the in-depth development and utilization of open innova⁃ tion community interaction information【. Method/process】Based on the classical argumentation model combined with the characteris⁃ tics of open innovation community interaction information to construct a three-level argumentation model containing argumentation el⁃ ements, argumentation relations and argumentation configurations, and based on the argumentation model to design an annotation scheme to capture the semantic roles of the interaction information of the open innovation community; the semantic annotation is ap⁃ plied to 11133 comment messages of 160 interactive information units in Xiaomi community to explore the argumentation features of interactive information at three levels of argumentation elements, argumentation relations and argumentation constructions.【Result/ conclusion】The annotation results show that the interactive information argumentation model contains 6 argumentation elements, namely fact, testimony, value, policy, reference, and rhetoric statements, and different argumentation elements present different fea⁃ tures in terms of number and position; the distribution and pattern of argumentation elements under the 2 argumentation relations of support and attack present different features, and different combinations of argumentation elements form a variety of argumentation configurations, and there are some differences in the features of argumentation elements, argumentation relations, and argumentation configurations among different dialog targets´ interaction information【. Innovation/limitation】The argumentation structure and features of interaction information in open innovation communities is revealed. However, only the Xiaomi community is considered in this re⁃ search, and subsequent studies can further compare whether there are differences between different open innovation communities.
