开放式创新社区中交互式论证与群体认知演化的关系研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】探讨开放式创新社区中交互式论证与群体认知演化的相关性,拓展群体智慧理论的应用研 究,为优化开放式创新社区的互动实践和提升创新绩效提供理论支持。【方法/过程】以小米“云服务”23029条产品 讨论文本为数据集,运用BERTopic算法和余弦相似度计算识别群体认知演化模式,通过论证标注探索不同演化模 式下论证分布、论证组合和论证完备性的分布规律和差异。【结果/结论】基于交互文本挖掘提炼53个群体认知点; 识别出融合、分化、继承、新生、消亡5种演化模式和4条典型认知演化路径;交互式论证与群体认知演化密切相关, 不同演化模式下论证组合差异显著,新生和分化两种演化模式具备较高论证完备性。【创新/局限】结合论证分析和 群体认知演化思想,为理解开放式创新中信息交互对创新绩效的影响机制提供了新思路。未来将运用其他创新领 域的交互数据检验,提炼新的论证评价指标。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】To explore the correlation between interactive argumentation and group collective evolution in open innovation communities, to expand the applied research of collective intelligence theory, and to provide theoretical support for optimiz⁃ ing the interactive practice of open innovation communities and enhancing innovation performance【. Method/process】Using the 23,029 product discussion texts of "Xiaomi Cloud Service" as a dataset, the BERTopic algorithm and cosine similarity calculation are applied to identify the group cognitive evolution patterns, and the distribution laws and differences of argument distribution, argument combina⁃ tion and argument completeness under different evolution patterns are explored through argument annotation.【Result/conclusion】 Based on the interactive text, 53 collective cognitive points are mined, and five evolutionary modes and four typical cognitive evolution⁃ ary paths are identified: fusion, differentiation, inheritance, newborn, and extinction. Interactive argumentation is closely related to the evolution of collective cognition, and the combination of arguments in different evolutionary modes varies significantly, with the evolu⁃ tionary modes of new birth and differentiation presenting higher argumentation completeness【. Innovation/limitation】Combining argu⁃ mentation analysis and the idea of collective cognitive evolution provides new ideas for understanding the mechanism of information interaction on innovation performance in open innovation. In the future, the interaction data test in other innovation fields will be ap⁃ plied to refine new argumentation evaluation indexes.
