开放式创新社区中交互信息对用户高质量参与的影响研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】开放式创新指企业突破组织创新边界,整合群体智慧,吸纳外部创新资源的动态过程。在此 背景下探讨交互信息对高质量参与的影响,对于提升企业创新绩效和优化平台管理实践具有重要意义。【方法/过 程】整合论证理论和态度转变理论,结合交互信息动态生成的多重情境,构建交互信息驱动用户高质量参与的理论 模型;利用小米社区的7793条交互信息段,通过论证标注、情感分析和立场分析提取交互信息文本特征,运用Logis⁃ tic回归对相关假设进行实证检验。【结果/结论】单一评论情境下,交互信息论证性越强,越能促进用户高质量参与; 成对评论情境下,交互信息立场关系越强,越能促进用户高质量参与,其中立场不一致的作用较强,且更倾向引发 突破式创新参与。【创新/局限】基于态度改变理论探讨开放式创新中交互信息影响用户高质量参与的内在逻辑,利 用小米社区数据进行实证检验,后续研究需在不同开放式创新平台中对模型进行检验和修正。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Open innovation is a dynamic process in which an enterprise breaks through the organizational inno⁃ vation boundary, integrates group wisdom and absorbs external innovation resources. In this context, the discussion of high-quality en⁃ gagement behaviors triggered by interactive information is of great significance for improving enterprise innovation performance and optimizing relevant platform management practices.【Method/process】Firstly, a model of interactive information-driven high-quality user innovation engagement was constructed by integrating argumentation theory and attitude change theory, combining the multiple situational features of interactive information dynamic generation. Secondly, based on 7793 interactive information segments from Xiaomi community, the argumentation labelling, sentiment analysis and position analysis methods were applied to extract textual fea⁃ tures of interactive information. Finally, Logistic regression analysis was used to empirically test the relevant hypotheses.【Result/con⁃ clusion】In single comment scenario, the stronger the argumentative nature of the interactive information, the stronger the effect on user engagement. In paired comments scenario, the stronger the positional relationship of the interaction information, the stronger the effect on user engagement. Meanwhile, the impact of positional inconsistency is stronger and more focus on triggering breakthrough in⁃ novation engagement.【Innovation/limitation】This paper constructs a model of the influence of interaction information on high-quality user engagement based on the attitude change theory, revealing the internal logic by which interaction information influences highquality user engagement, and empirically tests it using Xiaomi community data. However, the model still needs to be tested and modi⁃ fied in different open innovation platforms in subsequent studies.
