数据要素嵌入对企业知识流动的影响研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】在数字经济时代,数据要素的嵌入进一步推动了企业开放式创新进程,在多主体互动互补、多 因素震荡交织的环境下,知识流动所带来的异质性资源对创新实现的价值逐步凸显,所以开展数据要素嵌入与知 识流动间关系的研究对进一步理清企业创新发展的驱动因素具有重要意义。【方法/过程】本研究以 2012—2022年 中国 A股上市公司为样本,采用多元回归的方式实证分析了数据要素嵌入对企业知识流动的影响机制。【结果/结 论】研究结果显示:数据要素嵌入对企业知识流动会产生积极的促进作用,并且吸收能力能够发挥一定的中介作 用,在高新技术企业中,数据要素嵌入对知识流动的影响效果较强,无论企业位于我国东部、中部或西部数据要素 嵌入都会对知识流动产生显著影响。【创新/局限】本研究将BERTopic模型与文本分析法相结合对数据要素嵌入的 相关指标进行了完善,但由于知识流动是复杂、难以准确衡量的活动,如何进一步完善知识流动的测度方式是未来 研究可以改进的方向。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】In the era of digital economy, the embedding of data elements further gives rise to enterprise open in⁃ novation, and under the environment of multi-subject interaction and complementarity and multi-factor oscillation and intertwining, the value of heterogeneous resources for innovation realization brought about by the knowledge flow of the enterprise is gradually high⁃ lighted, so it is of great significance to carry out the research on the embeddedness of data elements and the flow of knowledge in order to further sort out the driving factors of the development of innovation.【Method/process】This study empirically analyses the impact mechanism of data factor embedding on corporate knowledge flow by using multiple regression with a sample of Chinese A-share listed companies from 2012 to 2022.【Result/conclusion】Data factor embedding positively promotes enterprise knowledge flow, with absorptive capacity serving as a partial mediating factor. In high-tech enterprises, the impact of data factor embedding on knowledge flow is more pronounced. Regardless of whether enterprises are located in eastern, central, or western regions of China, data factor em⁃ bedding significantly affects knowledge flow【Innovation/limitation】This study combines the BERTopic model with the text analysis method to improve the relevant indexes of data element embedding. Meanwhile, since knowledge flow is a complex and difficult to mea⁃ sure accurately, how to further improve the measurement of knowledge flow is the direction of future research can be improved.
