内容平台情境下基于知识视频的知识流动研究

  1. 【Purpose/significance】Exploring the knowledge flow process of knowledge videos and establishes a knowledge flow model, identif problems in the process of realizing knowledge value in knowledge videos, and providing suggestions for optimizing knowledge video services on the platform.【Method/process】Based on the analysis of knowledge videos, the knowledge flow model of knowledge videos is established by combining the spiral theory of knowledge and the dynamic model of infectious diseases, and the knowledge flow process in actual situation is explored by case analysis to find out the problems.【Result/conclusion】The research believes that we can improve knowledge video related services from four aspects: shaping a good atmosphere and environment for knowledge discus⁃ sion, grasping the role of users expression in push mechanisms, and controlling content quality.【Innovation/limitation】The conclu⁃ sions of this study may be influenced by the characteristics of the selected cases, and further exploration can be done in the future to explore the differences in the knowledge flow law of knowledge videos in different fields.

摘要: 【目的/意义】阐释内容平台情境下视频载体知识流动的特征并构建知识流动模型,探索阻碍知识视频传播 及其知识价值实现的原因,为平台知识视频服务优化提供理论支撑。【方法/过程】在解析视频载体知识流动特征基 础上,基于知识螺旋理论和传染病动力学模型构建SEINR知识流动模型,应用该模型对B站相关案例展开仿真分 析,对比理想知识流动与实际知识流动差异,根据差异调整参数以探索问题症结。【结果/结论】研究发现导致内容 平台情境下的视频载体知识流动不畅有多方面原因,推荐机制、互动机制等在其中发挥关键作用,认为内容平台可 以通过塑造良好互动氛围、利用用户知识表出、把控知识质量等措施改善知识视频知识流动效果。【创新/局限】研 究结论可能会受到所选择案例特征的影响,未来可以进一步探究不同领域知识视频的知识流动规律差异,并将新 知识产生等纳入考虑。
