用户数据采集对人工智能服务放弃使用意愿的影响研究 ——基于信息敏感度和隐私视角

摘要: 【目的/意义】人工智能快速发展背景下,调研人工智能服务中的用户数据采集情况,并探讨其对用户放弃 使用人工智能服务意愿的影响。【方法/过程】基于信息敏感度、隐私关注和感知风险等理论,结合现有人工智能服 务采集用户数据情况分析,构建人工智能服务放弃使用意愿研究模型。通过问卷调查收集352份有效问卷,并利用 SmartPLS 4.0软件进行数据分析和假设检验。【结果/结论】认证信息敏感度、设备信息敏感度、金融信息敏感度正向 显著影响隐私关注和感知风险,而使用信息敏感度正向显著影响隐私关注,对感知风险影响并不显著;隐私关注正 向显著影响感知风险,感知风险正向显著影响人工智能服务放弃使用意愿,但隐私关注对放弃使用意愿影响并不 显著;生活服务类平台和社交娱乐类平台群组差异不显著。【创新/局限】本文向平台提出完善技术体系、明确隐私 政策内容、为用户提供个性化服务等重点改进建议,助力平台经济健康持续发展,后续研究可进一步拓展影响因素 研究视角。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】This paper investigates the user data collection in the platform's artificial intelligence services, and explores its impact on users' willingness to give up using artificial intelligence services in the context of the rapid development of artifi⁃ cial intelligence.【Method/process】Based on the theories of information sensitivity, privacy concern and perceived risk, and combined with the analysis of user data collected by existing artificial intelligence services, a research model of artificial intelligence service abandonment intention is constructed. 352 valid questionnaires were collected through questionnaire survey, and data analysis and hy⁃ pothesis testing were carried out using SmartPLS 4.0 software.【Result/conclusion】The research found that authentication information sensitivity, device information sensitivity and financial information sensitivity positively and significantly affected privacy concerns and perceived risks, while use information sensitivity positively and significantly affected privacy concerns, but had no significant im⁃ pact on perceived risks. Privacy concern positively and significantly affected perceived risk, and perceived risk significantly affected the intention to give up using AI services, but privacy concern had no significant impact on the intention to give up using AI services. There was no significant group difference between life service platforms and social entertainment platforms.【Innovation/limitation】 This paper proposes to the platform to improve the technical system, clarify the content of the privacy policy, provide users with person⁃ alized services and other key improvement suggestions to help the platform economy healthy and sustainable development, and the sub⁃ sequent research can further expand the influence factor research perspective.
