三元空间视域下重大突发事件的公众认知建构研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】为进一步开展重大突发事件智慧情报服务研究奠定理论基础,赋能事件应对中的知识普及 和舆情引导工作。【方法/过程】融合心理学与情报学相关理论,将三元空间视域下重大突发事件和公众认知过程所 体现的复杂特征有机结合,从认知视角和意义建构视角出发,解析认知主体与事件之间的建构关系,明确认知建构 的内在和外在驱动力,勾勒认知建构的逻辑过程和结果,呈现重大突发事件公众认知建构的内在机理。【结果/结 论】提出从合理调动公众的主观能动性和保持建构结果的客观全面性两个角度同时切入,为公众提供定制化的情 报生成与情报推荐服务,辅助公众获取有效情报,完成从具体现象到抽象规律的认知飞跃。【创新/局限】为未来合 理运用公众认知特点应对重大突发事件奠定理论基础,在实际案例验证方面有待进一步补充完善。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】The complex features of major emergencies and public cognitive processes in the context of cyberphysical-social ternary space are organically combined to build a public cognitive construction model, which provides new ideas for in⁃ cident response, helps to solve complex problems in a synergistic manner, and thus improves the overall emergency response level of the society.【Method/process】By integrating relevant theories of psychology and intelligence, we analyze the constructive relationship between the cognitive subject and the event from the perspectives of cognitive perspective and meaning construction, clarify the inter⁃ nal and external driving force of cognitive construction, outline the logical process and results of cognitive construction, and present the internal mechanism of public cognitive construction in major emergencies.【Result/conclusion】This paper proposes to mobilize the public′s subjective initiative and maintain the objectivity and comprehensiveness of the constructed results, and provide custom⁃ ized intelligence generation and recommendation services for the public, so as to assist the public in acquiring effective intelligence and completing the cognitive leap from concrete phenomena to abstract laws.【Innovation/limitation】This research lays a theoretical foundation for the future rational use of public cognitive characteristics to deal with major emergencies, and needs to be further supple⁃ mented and improved in terms of actual case proving.
