臭氧类档案消毒舱对纸质档案消毒效能比较分析

摘要: 

以霉菌为主的档案微生物不仅严重影响档案寿命和价值,而且危害档案工作人员身体健康,因此档案消毒是加强实体档案保护和职业健康防护的重要手段。本文通过实验法对等离子臭氧消毒舱和臭氧熏蒸消毒舱两种消毒设备纸质档案消毒效能进行比较分析。实验重点评估了纸张渗透能力、消毒有效量和消毒效果,结果显示等离子臭氧消毒舱在以上方面优于传统臭氧熏蒸消毒舱,更适用于批量纸质档案消毒灭菌任务。本文研究结果为档案馆选择消毒技术和设备提供了参考依据,对消毒设备研发和档案保护技术发展具有重要意义。

Abstract

The microorganisms of archives, mainly molds, not only seriously affect the life and value of the archives, but also endanger the health of archivists, so the disinfection of archives is an important means to strengthen the protection of physical archives and occupational health protection.This paper compares and analyzes the disinfection efficiency of plasma ozone sterilization chamber and ozone fumigation sterilization chamber on paper archives through experimental methods. The experiment focuses on evaluating the paper penetration ability, effective dosage for disinfection, and disinfection effect. Various paper materials and molds were tested, and the results indicate that the plasma ozone sterilization chamber outperforms the traditional ozone fumigation sterilization chamber in the above aspects, making it more suitable for batch disinfection and sterilization tasks of paper archives. The findings provide a scientific basis for archives to choose disinfection technologies and equipment and are significant for the development of disinfection equipment and the advancement of archival protection techniques.
