Abstract: Archives resources are the original social information resources. Subject indexing is the basis of archives content management and the premise of effective utilization of archives resources. Based on the analysis of the current difficulties faced by the subject indexing of archives resources,this paper proposes a method of subject indexing of archives resources based on restrictive labels to solve the problem of effectively revealing the subject content of archives resources,and carries out experimental verification. The experimental results show that the subject indexing method of archives resources based on restrictive labels is feasible and has practical application significance.
