摘要:

公共文化服务运行机制是保证公共文化服务有序展开和顺畅运转的重要制度安排。本文立足美国国家档案馆和美国国家档案馆基金会的网站信息和数据,在研读两大机构年度报告的基础上,正视美国国家档案馆公共服务的类型及成效,着重对其管理机制、服务机制及保障机制进行深入探析,并结合我国现状提出启示。

Abstract：

The operation mechanism of public cultural services is an important system arrangement to ensure the orderly development and smooth operation of public cultural services. Based on the website information and data of the National Archives of the United States and the National Archives Foundation of the United States, and based on the study of the annual report of the two institutions, this paper examined the types and effectiveness of public services of the National Archives of the United States and focused on deeply analyzing its management mechanism, service mechanism and the guarantee mechanism, and then put forward the enlightenment.
