With the continuous development of archival informatization, more and more electronic documents begin to be filed electronically. Up to now, filing two-dimensional（2D）data has been basically achieved, but there is no unified standard for three-dimensional（3D）data containing more information. Some important 3D data can not be truly archived because of the limitations of 2D data archiving technology. This paper will take 3D annotation model archiving as the core, referring to the STEP standard 3D model, discuss the 3D data filing principle standard and use 3D annotation technology to construct 3D archives data. The research is aimed to improve the comprehensive level of 3D data filing management.
