摘要：

在中国“全宗”一词出自1955年12月8日国家档案局发出的《关于改‘芬特’为‘全宗’的通知》,此前“全宗”的含义来源于苏联的译词“芬特”。而苏联的“芬特”一词最早也是外来词,来源于法国的Fonds。法国最先应用“全宗”的概念,之后欧洲各国先后效仿,最后在新中国成立初期又经苏联传入中国。中国在借鉴欧美档案管理学思想的基础上,将“全宗”一词的含义又进行了不断地丰富和发展。

Abstract:

The word‘QuanZong’occurred in China on December 8th, 1955 when the State Archives Administration issued document About Instead of 'Fente' to 'QuanZong' Notice. The meaning of the word ‘QuanZong’came originally from the Soviet Union, a transliteration word of‘Fente’. And the word‘Fente’of the Soviet Union was also a loanword, which derived from the the French word‘fonds’. The French firstly introduced the word‘Fonds’in archives management field, then European countries followed France. Finally, the Soviet Union introduced it into our country in the early period of the People’s Republic of China.On the basis of European archives management, China enriches and develops the meaning of the word‘Quanzong’.
