摘要：

美国国家档案馆公众教育服务经过多年发展,取得了显著成效,形成了以档案原件为凭据、重视对各类档案资源的综合开发利用、教育服务形式丰富多样、注重档案馆与公众的互动交流、针对不同公众群体提供个性化服务等特点。

Abstract:

After years of development, the public education service of American national archives has made remarkable achievements, formed the characteristics which include that based on original archives, focusing on the comprehensive development and utilization of various archival resources, abundant forms of service education, paying attention to the interaction with the public archives, providing personalized services according to the characteristics of different public groups.
