“Internet plus” provides opportunities for the archival culture transmission as well as new development challenges. This paper selects the perspectives of“transmission position”and“difficult points”, combined with the analysis of the case in practice and data, in order to identify archival culture transmission position in the new times, such as the subject of social cooperation, the light and pluralistic content, the open and plentiful platform, and timeliness in the interaction between subject and object. At the same time, the paper points out that archival culture transmission are facing two major difficulties. One is the contradiction of openness and security; another is the suspicion of its authenticity and credibility.
