摘要：

档案价值认知直接关系到档案工作思维和档案工作对策选择。从价值本体出发揭示档案价值,将档案价值界定为实质价值与工具价值,进而从促进档案价值实现的角度出发审视现行档案工作,通过完善档案工作责任思维、档案工作目标与对策、实现档案工作网络化来促进档案价值的实现是当下档案工作面临的重要任务。

Abstract:

Cognition of archival value is directly related to the choice of archival thinking and archival strategies. Based on the values ontology, this paper reveals the value of archives that is defined as substantive value and instrumental value, and then inspects the current archives through promoting the archival value realization. The paper points out three important tasks for current archives to realize the archival value: improvement of archival responsibilities thinking, archival objectives and strategy and realizing archives networking.
