摘要:

甘肃省档案馆藏有一幅从民间征集来的葛氏家族族谱,正面为葛氏六代人灵柩,背面是两则宣传红军方针政策的文字。冯志萍在“甘肃省档案馆所藏红西路军宣传提纲解读”一文中认为,这些文字是红西路军草拟的宣传提纲。本文通过爬梳红西路军文献资料如电文、回忆录、调查研究等,结合“甘肃省档案馆所藏红西路军宣传提纲解读”一文的初步成果,考证葛氏族谱上六代人的姓氏名录,认为这两则文字确系红西路军草拟的宣传提纲,且形成于1937年1月6日至12日间红西路军第一次进驻倪家营子时。

Abstract：

In Gansu province archives there is a Ge family genealogy, which was collected from the folk. On its one face is six generations of Ge family and on the other is some words showing its Red West Route Army’s propaganda policy. Feng Zhiping thinks these words are the draft outline of propaganda on Red West Route Army in her paper“The Interpretation of Red West Route Army Propaganda Outline in Gansu Province Archives”. Based on Feng Zhiping’s idea and the analysis of other materials, such as telegram, memoirs and investigations, this paper shows the outline was formed in January 6 to 12, 1937, when Red West Route Army first settled in Ni Jiaying of Gansu province.
