During the whole process of collecting, cataloguing and providing for users, the main legal relationship is: the interviewer and the interviewee; archives and oral history project; archives and users. The applicable law mainly includes: Copyright Law, Copyright Law Implementation Regulations, Regulation on the Protection of the Right to Network Dissemination, Interpretations of Civil Cases about Disputes in Copyright Issues, Archives Law and Implementation of the Archives Law, etc. At the same time, the "autonomy rule" in Civil Law gives the right to negotiate freely and fairly.
