“Interim Regulation on Enterprise Information Disclosure” clearly provides the duties and responsibilities of governments at all levels, judicial offices and other public affairs organizations. It is necessary to study the duties of the archive administrative department even though which are not mentioned in the regulation. We agree that these departments must shoulder such responsibilities as guide, supervision, inspection, coordination, standardization, service, and appraisal.
