This article analyzes the main factors which influence the quality of postgraduate education, such as the quality of postgraduate, enrollment amount, postgraduate tutor team, the scientific research task and innovation environment and so on. and then proposes some countermeasures on the basis of the first-level discipline and social demand, such as adjusting the training objectives according to the talents standards; generalizing the training directions in accordance with the social needs; optimizing the curriculum in term of the ability-improving; enriching the cultivating methods in light of the individual needs, strengthening the teachers’ troop on the basis of the talent strategy, perfecting the evaluation phase according as the innovation-driven, etc..
