摘要：

在分析国家综合档案馆突发事件应急处置预案编制现状和一般性体系结构的基础上,从预案的行政执行力、危机预防评估内容、评估体系和实施办法等方面论述了我国档案馆突发事件应急处置预案存在问题,并分析了其形成的原因,有针对性地提出强化预案的行政效力、深化预案编制的专业性、提高预案的可操作性等修改建议。

Abstract:

On the basis of analyzing the status of emergency response plans of national comprehensive archives and general architecture, this article discusses problems of our archives emergency response plans from the aspect of administration executive faculty, crisis prevention assessment content, evaluation system and implementation measures, etc. Moreover, it analyzes reasons of the formation, and proposes suggestions such as strengthen the administrative effectiveness of contingency plan, deepen the professional preparation of plans and improving the operability of contingency plan.
