摘要：

本文通过梳理和分析2014年国内外重要档案年会的主题,概括各国年会主题之间的共性与差异;并联系档案工作的具体实践,提出当前国内外档案工作的特点和走势——不断适应新环境、着力联系公众、强化立身之本。

Abstract:

This paper lists and analyzes the themes of 2014 archival annual conferences at home and abroad. By doing so, it digs out the similarity and differences between different nations. On this basis, trends of archival profession of this year are generalized in this paper by relating to their own concrete practices. It is essential for the archival profession to adapt to the new environment, communicate with the public and insist on the foundation.
