摘要：

国家标准《电子文件归档与管理规范》(GB/T 18894—2002)发布和实施十多年来,对统一和规范电子文件的归档与管理起到了积极的指导作用。但随着实践的深入,笔者认为亟需从准确性、完整性、统一性出发,对该标准部分条文进行修订和完善。

Abstract:

“Standards of electronic records filing and management” has been published and implemented more than ten years, and it exerted active roles for universalizing and standardizing electronic records. But with the deepening of practice, the author considers that some items of this standard need to revise and improve from perspective of accuracy, completeness and unity.
