Through the literature survey, this article indicates that the existing characteristic of archival socialized service concept is non-uniform name and unclear understanding. On the basis of discriminating two close concepts of socialization of archive services and archival socialized services, and summarizes their similarities and differences, the article proposes that archival socialized services is a standard concept, which is established in social division of archival services, so the definition is based upon social division and supplied, which involved archival profession, archival specialization and socialized services. The meaning of the concept could divide into three levels: the species concept of archival socialized services is “services”; the professional boundaries of archival socialized services is archive major; the cardinal point of archival socialized services is social division.
