摘要：

目前我国个人信息保护存在的主要问题有：信息失真;当事人知情权缺失;个人信息的不当使用;个人信息的非法买卖;个人信息泄密;个人信息当事人自我保护意识不强。针对以上现象,作者提出了完善法律规范;建立全面有效的管理制度;提升社会的个人信息保护意识;更新个人信息保护理念;创新个人信息的管理机制等非技术性保护对策。

Abstract:

At the present time,the main problems of personal information protection in our country including: information distortion,deficiency of right to know by those persons involved; improper use of personal information; contraband and leakage of personal information,and weak sense of self-protection awareness by those persons involved. Directed towards such above phenomenon,the author proposes some non-technical protection countermeasures as follows: perfect the legal norm,establish comprehensive and effective managerial system,and improve the awareness of personal information protection; renewed the conception of personal information protection and innovate the administrative mechanism of personal information.
