This paper focuses on the research including external characteristics, internal characteristics and technical performance index on the 15 national quality course websites of library and archives science which are from 2004 to 2010. By investigating the construction of the network courses, we analyze such problems as unclear objectives, inadequate interactivity, technical bottlenecks and so on. And we also propose some countermeasures including defining the goals, reducing the use of barriers and adding the characteristics of the websites.
