摘要：

随着政府部门越来越多地利用网络向公民提供信息和服务,如何保障所有人都平等地利用政府提供的信息和服务成为讨论的焦点,政府网站无障碍建设是解决这一问题的重要措施。为了解我国政府网站无障碍建设水平,本研究通过利用网站无障碍检测工具检测了我国政府门户网站的无障碍情况,根据检测结果,判定我国政府网站无障碍建设现状,并分析了导致我国政府门户网站无障碍现状的原因。

Abstract:

At the present time, more and more government agencies and departments are starting to provide information and services to the public on line, while how to ensure all the people equally accessing the information and services from the government becomes the focal point in the discussion. In this article,it proposes that government website accessibility could solve this problem. In order to find out the level of government websites accessibility status in our country,the research tests the circumstance of government websites accessibility with the web accessibility testing tools. And according to the testing results,it final judges the accessibility status of government websites and further analyzes reasons for that.
