Electronic records management has already become a focus, hot and difficult problem by the government and academia. The crux of the problem mainly reflects in following three aspects: the increase of the trusted influence factors of electronic records, no corresponding standard in the domestic construction and no audit certification of trusted management. After comprehensively analyzing the research status of electronic records trusted management, this article proposes that two key issues should be resolved in electronic records trusted management urgently, namely establishing the protection mechanism of electronic records trusted management, and designing scientific and reasonable audit certification content, method and mechanism, and then further analyze the measures briefly.
