摘要：

档案是历史记录,档案文化是一种原始文化,亦是一种记录或记忆文化,是传承文明、延续民族血脉和灵魂的重要载体。本文表明了求实、合作、主动、创新、服务是推进档案文化建设的途径与方法,并从这五个方面进行了具体的阐述,最后指出档案文化建设还需要从经费、体制、机制等方面给予保障。

Abstract:

As we all know, Archives are historical records, archives culture is a kind of primitive culture, and also a kind of record or memory culture, an important carrier to let the culture be inherited and make the national blood and soul be prolonged. This article indicates that be practical-minded, cooperated, innovated, active and serviced is the approach and method to promote archives cultural construction, and expounds these five aspects concretely after then. Lastly it points out that some protective measures from the aspects of fund, system and the mechanism should also be provided to the archives cultural construction
