Since the middle 1990s, some countries have already established web page filing project. Web page filing project is a systematic project which involving many aspects, such as law, fund, subject, acquisition tactic, international cooperation and technical issues that interrelated to acquisition. These issues linked together and last form a complex matter. Studying web page filing project needs to decompose and summarize these issues in order to present the development trend of the matter. This article will introduce and research on the development condition of Canadian Library web page filing project（GC WA）.
