摘要：

本文介绍了美国元数据编码与传输标准、澳大利亚维多利亚电子文件封装规范、我国基于XML的电子文件封装规范等电子文件和相关数字资源封装案例,对比分析了他们的目的、适用范围和各自优缺点。

Abstract:

In this paper, the Metadata Encoding and Transmission Standard,the Victorian Electronic Records Strategy, XML-based Encapsulation Specification for Electronic Records are described. Their scope and purpose, merits and demerits are compared and analyzed.
