Academic evaluation has very important impact for enhancing the quality of the academic. The paper analyzed the evaluation environment of the archival academic from two aspects, one is the awards system about academic achievement, another is the academic evaluation tool, while illustrated the impact which gives the development of the archival academic. The paper Advocates the academic idea of the journals, calls the academic fair in the evaluation, and abides by the academic principle in the development of studies, adheres to the living space of the archival academic.
