摘要：

通过对澳大利亚网络信息资源保存项目PANDORA的背景信息、网络信息采集策略、网络信息资源的保存方式、保存网络信息所提供的服务、保存网络信息的检索及PANDORA项目的技术架构分析研究。提出了对我国网络信息资源保存在法律环境、战略定位、合作模式等方面的启示。

Abstract:

Through the analysis of the background of the Australian PANDORA project, harvest strategy, preservation methods, services provided by the PANDORA, retrieval strategy and technical infrastructure of PANDORA project, the paper puts forward its revelation to the legal environment,strategic positioning,cooperation model of the network information preservation in China

作者简介:

除了PANDORA项目成员进行网络资源的采集外,它还接受公众、出版商、网站所有者等提供资源,在PANDORA网站中有通知文件（notification form）,可以进行相关网络信息资源的提交。提交的信息主要包括机构名、负责人名字、电话、e-mail,URL的题名,发布日期和发布地点等。这就增加了项目归档的内容的丰富性,调动全社会的力量进行也必定能够取得良好的社会效果。

澳大利亚国家图书馆为索引和摘要机构提供的服务是,在这些机构要求的情况下,填写相关的表格进行相关信息的提交。信息主要包括机构名、负责人名字、电话,E-Mail,URL的题名、发布日期和发布地点等。当完成审核后可以对摘要和索引提供永久的URL（即PURL）,这可以保证在PANDORA中对这些文献进行索引时将会永久存在,不管当时网站是否还存在。
