摘要：

我国正处于社会转型期,随着市场经济的发展,出现了档案所有权的多元化。档案信息由国家资源到社会资源,是我国档案事业的重大战略转向;档案信息资源整合与开放模式改革是一场触及思想观念、管理思路、工作方式的革命。

Abstract:

As China is currently undergoing drastic social changes, a diversity of ownership of archives appears alongside the development of market economy. The fact that information of archives has gradually shifted from national resources to social resources is a significant strategic turn for archives in China. The integration of information and the reform of open mode in archives will be a revolution reaching deep in ideologies, management planning and working methods.
