摘要：

文章主要对国内外图书情报与档案管理研究生人才需求与创新能力培养研究状况进行了分析总结。指出目前研究存在的不足是按一级学科架构培养研究生的研究有待加强,对人才需求的研究不够系统,对研究生创新能力培养的研究不够全面以及师资队伍学缘结构的研究较缺乏。文章认为,应基于图书情报与档案管理一级学科架构,以社会需求为出发点,着眼于研究生的社会实践创新能力、科学研究创新能力、专业技术创新能力,培养创新型、创业型、应用型与复合型人才。

Abstract:

The paper analyzes and summarizes the research status of the talent requirement and innovation capability cultivating of postgraduate of Library,Information and Archive Management.There are several defects of the study,such as the study of fostering postgraduate based on the first level of discipline should be strengthened,the study of talent requirement are not systematic,and the study of innovation capability-cultivating are not comprehensive,the study of teachers' university-oriented structure are lacking.Then,taking the market demand as the initiating point,the suggestions is that the research should focus on fostering postgraduate social practice innovation capability,scientific research innovation capability and professional technical innovation capability,and cultivate innovative,entrepreneurial,inter-disciplinary and applied talents.
