摘要：

企业数字档案馆是“传承企业记忆,服务企业发展”的低成本、易存取的企业档案长久保存仓以及档案资源合理共享、高效增值的知识服务平台。资源建设是企业数字档案馆建设的基础和关键,基于对企业数字档案馆的科学定位,本文阐述了企业数字档案馆的资源来源,资源内容范围以及资源建设中应该注意的问题,以确保企业数字档案馆资源建设的科学性、有效性。

Abstract:

The enterprise digital archives is the database of the records for low cost and easy to access and it is the platform of the knowledge service.Its scientific orientation should be “inheritance enterprise’s memory and service the enterprise’s development”.Resource construction is the foundation and the key of the enterprise digital archives. The paper discusses the origin and the scope of the resources and the problem that should be paid attention to ensure that the business of the resources construction of the enterprise digital archives is scientific and effective.
