铁路系统信息化建设的推进要求对电子文件实施科学的归档与管理。为此,必须全面提高档案工作人员的业务素质,改善档案部门现有的软硬件设施,建立完善的网络环境和档案管理系统,同时建立健全新技术条件下的电子档案管理制度。
The development of the informatization construction in the railway system requires scientific filing and management of electronic records. Therefore,it is essential to enhance the professional quality of archivists,improvethe existing facilities in archives, establish perfect network environment and archives management system and improve electronic archives management system.
