摘要：

管好用好在建工程项目档案并将档案管理工作直接放在建设一线,是科学管理档案工作的方法之一。这一方法的应用,为在青藏铁路运营管理创世界一流水平目标中发挥了极大的作用。

Abstract:

Properly the management and use of archives of engineering project under construction and directly put on the first line of construction is one of the ways to scientific work. The application of this method plays a great goal of the role of reaching world class level in the Qinghai-Tibet railway operation .
