摘要：

文章以中国航空工业集团公司的档案工作为例,提出了如何在央企重组过程中创新档案工作发展机制。具体包括：档案工作体系的搭建与完善、科学处置档案信息资源、“重组”企业信息,发挥资源整体优势等三个方面。

Abstract:

Taking China National Aviation Industry Holding Company as an example, the author discusses how to create new mechanism in archives management during the reconstruction and reform of the central government owned enterprises, including the following three points such as establishing and perfecting archives system, scientifically handling archives information resources, reconstructing and taking advantage of enterprises information resources etc.
