The paper makes research on modification of Chinese archival terminology standard。Based on comparison of other versions of archival terminology standard, the paper points out the question of “DA/T 1-2000 Terminology for Archives Work” from the point of view of term system and provides corresponding solution with six aspects: first-level class, categories’names, the rationality of the division of categories, the sequence of first class,term system framework and construction.
