摘要：

政府信息公开和透明已经成为政府公平、公开、公正的重要表现之一,成为建立诚信政府和阳光政府的重要内容之一,但档案馆作为政府信息的集中管理机构在参与该工作时仍然存在诸多问题。针对这些问题,除了在观念上要重视外,更应该从档案馆业务流程的技术层面上进行创新,重新调整档案馆内部现有业务工作流程,通过多种途径,实现政府信息公开的“一站式服务”。

Abstract:

The publicity and transparency of government information has become the important performance of government fairy and openness and significant content of the establishment of faithful and sunshine government. However, as the centralized management agency of government information, archives has met a lot of problems in this context.In order to solve these problems above, it is more important for us to consider the technology level of the archives business process rather than to refresh the views. Through reengineering the internal existing business processes in the archives and other various ways are to order to realize “one-stop” service of government information.
