关于科技文件材料渐全性认识的几个问题

摘要：

文章通过对对部分有关科技文件材料渐全性的表述进行归纳分析,指出了仅通过更改与补充科技文件材料,使其逐步得以完善这一客观现象来诠释科技文件材料渐全性的特点是不全面的,还应拓宽研究视觉,当从成套科技文件材料的形成过程去研究分析科技文件材料的渐全性。

Abstract:

This paper first concludes and analyzes part expressions about the characteristic of the trend to perfection. Then it indicates that to explain the characteristic of the trend to perfection only through altering and supplementing science and technology document material and later made it better is not comprehensive. Therefore, we should broaden our angel of vision in research, and study the characteristic of the trend to perfection of science and technology document material from the forming processes of science and technology document material in complete.
