摘要：

作为公共服务部门之一的公共档案馆在信息时代需要为社会提供更为优质的档案信息服务。文章在剖析档案用户感知价值内涵及其特征的基础上,分析档案用户感知价值导向的公共档案馆核心能力的价值和意义,提出公共档案馆核心能力的构建内容。

Abstract:

As one of public service departments, public archives need to provide the community with more quality archival information services in the information age. Based on the analysis of connotations and features of user’s perceived value, this paper analyzes the value and significance of core competence of public archives, and furthermore puts forward the construction contents of core competence of public archives.
