In the new information environment,Ubiquitous Network’s construction becomes a trend which provides new opportunities and challenges for the development of archival work。This paper analyzes the connotation and typical features of new information environment at first,and then talks about its challenges on archives’ original characteristic、development、confidentiality and management,its requirement for archival professionals,its opportunity to use information technology to spread archives resources and provide archives service for public。Finally,it gives developing countermeasures on archives work。
