摘要：

我们正在建设的社会主义市场经济体制社会建设,在社会层面上将表现为市民社会的不断发育与成熟。与市民社会发展相适应的是,公民个体将成为社会发展的主导力量,人们对反映自身生存与发展的档案信息资源的认知与重视程度将明显增强。为此,有必要在国家档案信息资源体系基础上,构建覆盖全社会的社会档案信息资源体系,以推动社会档案信息资源的系统生成与有效管理。

Abstract:

With the continually development and maturation of civil society, the individual citizen will be the leading force in social development. Public cognition and attention to the archival information resources recording peoples’ living and development will increase significantly. Therefore, it is necessary to build a nationwide social archival information resources system based on national archival information resources system to propel the generation and effective management of social archival information resources system.
