摘要：

档案的载体具有时代性,档案的载体材料与档案形成方式相互影响。从纸张到光盘是档案载体材料的进步,这种进步将对档案的形成方式产生重大的影响,而这种影响是档案工作者不可忽视的。档案载体材料的进步与发展对档案管理观念与行为的影响,应该引起档案学者的高度关注。

Abstract:

As archive carriers develop with times, materials for archive carriers interact with modes of formation of archives. The progress in materials for archive carriers from paper-based materials to modern disk-based storage devices will have a significant effect on modes of formation of archives, and archive professionals cannot ignore such an effect. The effect of the progress and development in materials for archive carriers on archives management ideas and behaviors should be paid high attention to by scholars.
